Breakfast Bark

Okay, you guys know I am all about efficient meals on busy week days. Breakfast is so important and having something quick and healthy that we can just grab and go is super essential. In this house, we are always on the move. Sometimes even pouring a bowl of cereal feels like an arduous task. That’s why I love this super simple recipe that will last in the fridge all week long!

Breakfast bark is a favorite in our family. You can truly make it yours with different toppings, yogurt flavors, drizzles and more. We keep ours relatively simple but don’t be afraid to get creative!

What you’ll need:

Greek Yogurt

Fruit of choice

Honey

Sheet Pan

Parchment Paper

Instructions:

I wasn’t kidding when I said quick! All you have to do is line your sheet pan with parchment paper and spread your yogurt.

Toss in your fruits of choice. I highly recommend cutting these up if you’re using larger berries.

Drizzle with honey and freeze it (I like to make this at night before bedtime!). I’ve found that freezing overnight makes it easier to break it into “bark” sized pieces. Store your pieces in a Porter Storage Bag to make it easy to grab and go!
