Calming Mocktail

I love a good mocktail, especially one with health benefits! This calming mocktail has been my go-to lately. After a long day of school drop-offs and pick-ups, meetings, getting dinner on the table and everything else in between, winding down at night can be a bit tough.

This calming mocktail is the perfect recipe for a little “woosah” when life gets hectic. It’s prebiotic properties are great for gut health and the magnesium and cherry juice have relaxing properties to help calm the mind and body.

I’ve recently learned about the power of magnesium and ever since I started making it a part of my daily routine, I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in how I feel. Magnesium is a mineral that is essential for healthy muscles, bones and blood sugar levels. It’s calming properties are known to help reduce anxiety, stress, and it’s a natural anti-inflammatory to boot! It can regulate the digestive system, reduce chronic migraines, and supports the immune system. Seriously, it’s a powerhouse supplement!

This little mocktail is such an easy way to get this essential supplement in every day. Just mix the ingredients together and pour over ice!

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Can of Prebiotic Soda

Tart Cherry Juice (to taste)

1 Tablespoon of Magnesium Powder
