Labor Day Corn Dip

Labor Day is right around the corner and nothing says “holiday weekend” like a good, hearty dip! This Corn Dip is always a crowd pleaser at parties and gatherings and I wanted to share the easy recipe with you!

Ingredients:

11 oz can of Mexican corn (2ct)

1 can of green chilies 

3/4 cup mayo

1 cup sour cream

8oz shredded cheese of choice (I chose cheddar!)

Dash of garlic powder 

Diced jalapeno to taste

Directions:

It’s really as simple as combining all of the ingredients. I personally think the flavors jive best when refrigerated overnight but you can also refrigerate for a few hours if you’re in a rush. Add whatever chips or veggies you like for dipping and enjoy!
