High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz shredded chicken

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/3 cup farmer’s cheese

  • ¼ cup plain low-fat kefir

  • 2-4 tbsp shredded mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the cheese. 


  3. Place the mixture in an oven-proof glass dish. Top with the cheese.

  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Serve with celery or any other veggies, chips or crackers.
