Warm Banana Smoothie

warm winter smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup hot water

1 peeled ripe banana

1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts

2 or 3 pitted medjool dates

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 inch knob of fresh ginger

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, and process until smooth and creamy.

Serve Warm.
