One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk (plash more if needed)
8 oz fettuccine (uncooked)
Salt + pepper, to taste
Parmesan, freshly grated (start with 1/4 cup; go up to ~2/3 cup if you want it extra “warm/cheesy”)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a large deep skillet/pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
3. Add the uncooked fettuccine, then pour in chicken broth + milk. Season with salt + pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook 18–20 minutes, stirring often, until pasta is tender and the sauce looks creamy.
5. Turn heat to low and stir in Parmesan until melted and silky. If it gets too thick, loosen with an extra splash of milk.
6. Finish with parsley and serve right away.
