• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp dijon mustard

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

• 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

• 1 tsp kosher salt

• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
