Fireside Churro
Ingredients
1.5 oz Tequila Reposado
1.5 oz RumChata
.5 oz cinnamon syrup
.75 oz heavy cream or half and half
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon and brown sugar for rim
Small churro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the rim: Mix cinnamon and brown sugar on a small plate. Lightly moisten the rim of your glass with water or simple syrup, then dip it into the mixture to coat. Set aside.
Build the cocktail: In a shaker filled with ice, add tequila reposado, RumChata, cinnamon syrup, heavy cream (or half and half), and vanilla extract.
Shake: Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
Serve: Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish: Add a small churro on the rim or across the top, if desired.
