Fireside Churro

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila Reposado

  • 1.5 oz RumChata

  • .5 oz cinnamon syrup

  • .75 oz heavy cream or half and half

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon and brown sugar for rim

  • Small churro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rim: Mix cinnamon and brown sugar on a small plate. Lightly moisten the rim of your glass with water or simple syrup, then dip it into the mixture to coat. Set aside.

  2. Build the cocktail: In a shaker filled with ice, add tequila reposado, RumChata, cinnamon syrup, heavy cream (or half and half), and vanilla extract.

  3. Shake: Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.

  4. Serve: Strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Garnish: Add a small churro on the rim or across the top, if desired.
