Tahini + Lemon Dressing

Okay, I’ll be honest here. The Broccoli Salad isn’t the star of this show. Truth be told, my Broccoli Salads consist of whatever veggies I have on hand at the time.

The true star in this meal is the seriously tasty Tahini Dressing from Love and Lemons!

I’m not sure there’s anything this stuff wouldn’t taste amazing on and it’s incredibly simple to make. I love anything that doesn’t require extra tools like a food processor or blender so that I can whip it up on a whim.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup tahini: not the dry stuff! You want the smooth, creamy kind.

  • 3 tablespoons water

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 small clove grated garlic

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

If too thick, add about 1/4 tablespoon of water at a time until desired texture.

Transfer to a jar or sealed glass bottle and keep in the fridge. Enjoy!
