Jo’s Go-To Breakfast Smoothie

If you are like me, then you are always looking for a quick + healthy breakfast option that everyone in the family likes. Because let’s be honest, mornings are way too busy for a dream breakfast of waffles and omelets. 

This Green Monster Smoothie from Weelicious is a hit with everyone in my family (even the kids)! And the best part is, the girls don’t even notice that it has spinach! I get to sneak in some greens to their diet right at the beginning of the day. 

Making this smoothie is super easy and quick to do: 

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 ½ cup fresh spinach

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

1 cup milk of choice

 

Instructions:

Add all ingredients into the blender and enjoy!
