I get my girls to sleep at 8pm but still find myself wide awake and staring at the ceiling at 11pm. I realize my beloved wine can sometimes relax you into a sweet slumber, but those sugars don’t help keep you asleep! And I have been conscious about picking and choosing when I indulge. But my ‘sleep issue’ became more common and I started to do some research on how I could log a good night’s sleep that leaves me feeling rested and ready to tackle the day!

I have become a religious SOM drinker. It’s all natural, drug-free, and non habit-forming. I prefer the sugar free formula and it’s the first ‘sleep aid’ that I believe in.

SNUGGLE:

I had been hearing a lot about the magic a weighted blanket can bring to your life and your sleep. My friend, Sophia, gave it such high praise that I immediately ordered one on Amazon. And...IT IS AWESOME.  I chose this one.

SHADE:

I swear by Slip products and the sleep mask was my first love. It’s lightweight and even offers anti-aging benefits. And there’s something about the soft mask that makes me feel like I’m on vacation! What more can we ask for!?

SIGN OFF:
I’m guilty of the 3am insta spiral like everyone else, but I have made a conscious decision to not busy myself with my phone if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night. It was a tough habit to break, but if I do find myself awake at 3am I go back to sleep much faster if I zen out and keep my brain from getting wound up.

I hope that some of these tricks help bring you a better night’s sleep! I know how much they have worked for me!

What are some of your sleep secrets???

Xx,
Jo
