Cheesecake Layered Brownies
These are probably the most indulgent dessert that’s ever come out of The Happy Place kitchen. Some of my favorite treats are brownies, cheesecake and cookies so I figured why not combine them?! These will be so much fun to make with the family during the upcoming Summer break. They’re totally gooey, decadent, and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. I’d recommend cutting these into small squares, they’re extremely rich but oh so YUM!
Here’s What You’ll Need:
1 Package of Oreo Cookies
Brownie layer:
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
Cheesecake layer:
1/3 cup heavy cream
6oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Crushed Oreos
Cookie layer:
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients for each layer SEPARATELY.
Line a glass or ceramic baking dish with parchment paper and use your Parchies to keep the paper in place.
Starting with any layer you want (I started with the cookie) add each layer in one by one. Add in Oreos between layers!
Bake for 45-50 minutes and enjoy!
