Rosemary Roasted Almonds

We all know my love affair with rosemary. It’s a ‘thing’ for me! And these Rosemary Roasted Almonds are so yummy. Rosemary and almonds are a wonderful combo, but this is a recipe you can make your own with the addition of any spices that you love. For this recipe, I chose cayenne because I was in the mood for a kick, but skies the limit.

 Make this recipe your own. Start with two cups of raw almonds, coat with olive oil, and add any spice your heart desires! Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and roast for 20 minutes (keep an eye on them, though!). Let cool and enjoy the spicy goodness!
